So, here it goes: I made a bra! Wohoo!
Except it REALLY doesn't fit! Oh well...that's okay! I'm going to show you guys exactly what is wrong with it, what's right, and hopefully you'll be able to see a bra that actually fits one day!
The Pattern: Pin-up Girls, Classic Full Band Bra.
What Works: The back and side band of this bra is AMAZING.
I've been wearing a size 32 band for a few years now, and have recently getting a bit upset because I'm starting to get "back fat" and "side back fat." (Is that even a thing? lol) After reading Novita's awesomely fantastic bra-fitting post, I noticed that even she (who is VERY petite) has some rolls when she is wearing smaller cup sizes and larger band size. When she switched to the smaller band, it completely disappeared. So, I went for the same logic. Guess what? It worked!
This is why it's so important for us to show off our skivvies!

Here you can see my "side back fat" (what else would you call it?). Although it's not completely elimintad, it's WAY less noticeable. And, looking at these photos, I'm betting it would be a whole lot better if I yanked it down a bit, or if the cups fit better...
The cups are way too small! I'm thinking I need to go up at least a cup size, if not two. I'm getting major double boob spillage at the top, and the underarm area is a bit ridiculous.
The wires are also too small, they barely come 3/4 of the way up on the sides, and don't reach nearly far back enough.
I'm ordering some new wires, and plan to cut a larger size next time. Do you guys have any other tips for me?
