The Sew Free Project

The Sew Free Project is a way for me to compile free patterns and tutorials available on-line.  Sewing is often thought of as an expensive hobby; free patterns and tutorials are a way to help reduce that cost, and get more people sewing!  There are lots of free patterns available--but are they all good?  That's where I come in.  Each month, I'll be testing out and reviewing a free pattern, writing a post about it, and keeping a record here.  You can check out a full list of free pattens that I have compiled (but not tried) on my pinterest board.  If you find any free patterns that you would like me to add to the list, leave me a comment with the link below, and I'll add it to my pinterest board (and hopefully get to it soon)!

  1. You should have a button for folks to put on their blog for this! This is a fantastic compilation. And I have another one for you The Fehr Trade Lacey Thong pattern. I've made it twice and it's a well drafted one.

    1. That's such a good idea! I have absolutely no clue how to make a button, though. I'll have to look for a tutorial on that...Thanks for the pattern suggestion, I'm adding it right now. I've seen your versions (which have come out lovely, by the way), I can't believe I missed adding it to the pinterest board!
